【摘要】 目的 探讨经皮穿刺激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)治疗颈椎椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 对45例颈椎椎间盘突出症患者共52个椎间盘应用Nd:YAG激光行PLDD治疗。结果 45例均随访4个月,根据日本骨科协会(JOA)颈肩痛评分标准,术后总改善率超过58.8%。结论 PLDD创伤小,操作简便,显效快,是治疗颈椎间盘突出症的有效方法。 【关键词】 颈椎；椎间盘突出症；激光 Treatment for cervical disc herniation with percutaneous laser disc decompression

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application of percutaneous laser disc decompression treatment for cervical disc herniation.Methods 45 cases were treated by percutaneous laser disc decompression.Results In 45 cases, all were followed-up for more than 3 months(ranged 3 month～6 month). According to JOA standards,the total rate of improvement was more than 58.8%.Conclusion Percutaneous laser disc decompression is effective and safe,it should be advised and adopted for cervical disc herniation. ......
