[摘 要] 目的 了解某部队官兵心理健康状况与业绩的关系。方法 将某部队1 204名官兵的SCL90测试结果与业绩进行相关分析。结果 SCL90各因子分及总分、阳性项目数均与业绩呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论 心理健康水平对业绩有显著影响。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence of the psychological health condition on the achievements in the certain personnel. Methods 1 204 officers and soldiers were tested with the Symptom Checklist90 and their achievements were assessed. Results There were obvious negative correlations between each factor score, the total score, the positive item number and the achievements (P<0.01). Conclusions The psychological health level of the army personnel have significant effect on their achievements. ......
