子宫内膜癌组织中Bim Bax mRNA表达及相关性研究

     摘要：目的探讨促凋亡基因Bim、Bax mRNA在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的作用。方法 RTPCR方法检测17例正常增殖期子宫内膜、11例非典型增生子宫内膜及52例子宫内膜癌中Bim mRNA、Bax mRNA的表达。结果 Bim mRNA在正常增殖期内膜、非典型增生内膜及子宫内膜腺癌组织中表达量逐渐减少，且差异显著(P<0.05)。Bax mRNA在正常增殖期内膜、非典型增生内膜及子宫内膜腺癌组织中表达量逐渐增加，有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。在不同病理分级、不同手术病理分期及肌层浸润深度的子宫内膜腺癌组织中，Bim mRNA及Bax mRNA阳性表达量无明显差异(P>0.05)。相关分析结果显示在不同子宫内膜组织中，Bim mRNA与Bax mRNA表达呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论 Bim、Bax 表达改变与子宫内膜癌的发生密切相关。

    Expressions and relativity of Bim and Bax genes in endometrial adenocarcinoma

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of Bim and Bax in the occurence of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Detect the expression of Bim and Bax mRNA in 52 cases with endometrial carcinoma and 11 atypical cases with endometrial hyperplasia by RTPCR, 17 cases with normal endometrium as control. Results The expression level of Bim mRNA in normal endometrium was the highest, and decreased in atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues .The difference of the three tissues were signifcant(P<0.05). The expression level of Bax mRNA in normal endometrium was the lowest, and increased in atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues. The difference of the three tissues were signifcant(P<0.05). In endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues with different clinical stage, pathological grade and muscular invasion, the expression of the mRNA of Bim and Bax were not signifcant(P>0.05).The expression of Bim mRNA and Bax mRNA in endometrium is negative related (P<0.05). Conclusion Bim can interact with Bax and lead to the occurrence of endometrial adenocarcinoma. ......
