【摘要】 目的 了解抗高血压药的临床应用及用药趋势。方法 对本院药库微机管理系统提供的2000～2002年抗高血压药的应用数据进行统计和分析。结果 本院2000～2002年应用抗高血压药27种，心得安、心痛定、巯甲丙脯酸，在3年中DDDs排序稳居前3位。结论 经济有效是医院用药的基本原则；本院抗高血压药应用基本合理。【关键词】 抗高血压药；用药频度；限定日剂量数；金额排序；用药分析
