     【摘要】 目的 观察患者的藏药方式,进行护理干预,杜绝患者藏药。方法 给患者发药时进行仔细观察。结果 精神病患者的藏药方式多种多样，护士如果不仔细观察，监督服药，无自知力的精神病患者对药物的依从性很低。结论 对精神病患者发药时必须监管其服药到胃，确保药物疗效和安全。

    【Abstract】 Objective To decrease and stop the hiding drugs behaviour,in order to ensure the curative effect.Methods Observation and effective intervention were performed.Results Psychosis patient have varied way of hiding durgs.They refuse to comply with psychiatric medicine.Conclusion Using the nursing intervention is very important when giving patient drugs.That will not only decrease patient behaviour of hiding drugs,but ensure the medication effect and safety as well. ......
