【摘要】 目的 探讨跳伞运动员应对风格与其人格特征和心理健康状况的关系。方法 对57名运动员进行问卷调查，包括特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)、16种人格问卷(16PF)、症状自评量表(SCL—90)，数据由SPSS11.0作相关/回归分析。 结果 运动员应对风格与其个性特征、心理健康状况有相关性，多元回归分析显示，16PF的忧虑性、紧张性、世故性和创造能力的个性因素是影响积极应对的主要因素，而SCL-90的阳性项目数和强迫症状，以及16PF的敢为性、忧虑性、世故性是影响消极应对的主要因素。结论 在培养运动员合理应对风格时要注意其性格特征和心理健康状况的影响。
