【摘要】 目的 探讨首发精神分裂症的诱因及其应对策略。方法 对我院3年来住院的1691例精神分裂症患者应用自制调查表按一般情况、起病形式、发病诱因与年龄、职业、婚姻、文化程度等之间的关系进行统计分析。 结果 不同年龄、职业、文化层次组间发病诱因不同，主要以感情与家庭变故、贫困、社会适应性、恋爱婚姻、超负荷工作等为主。结论 不同年龄、不同职业、不同文化程度有不同的发病诱因特点，有效的社会干预和支持是预防患病的重要手段。【关键词】 首发精神分裂症；诱因；应对策略；预防

【Abstract】 Objective To explore inducing factors of firstepisode schizophrenics and its coping maneuvers. Methods Selfmade questionnaire was used in 1691 patients in our hospital over the past 3 years in order to explore the relationship between onset and such factors as ages, profession, educational level and so on. Results Inducing factors were various and mainly changes of feelings and family, poverty, social adaptability, loving and marriage and overburden work. Conclusion Different age, profession and educational level have different feature of inducing factors and effective social intervention and support is an important means for preventing diseases. ......
