【摘要】 目的 采用RP-HPLC法测定巴洛沙星的有关物质。方法 使用SMT C18柱(250mm×4.6mm，5μm)，流动相为乙腈-0.4%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液(47:53)[用枸橼酸(1.5mol/L)调pH值至3.0]，检测波长为295nm，流速为1.0ml/min。结果 巴洛沙星与各有关物质在上述色谱条件下能有效地分离。结论 该方法结果准确、操作简单、灵敏度高、专属性强，适用于巴洛沙星的有关物质测定。
