氟哌啶醇季铵盐衍生物抗实验性心律失常的作用

     [摘要]目的:研究氟哌啶醇季铵盐衍生物(F2)抗实验性大鼠心律失常的作用。方法:采用氯化钡(BaCl2)诱导的心律失常大鼠模型,观察F2对实验性心律失常的预防作用。结果:静注F2(2mg/kg)、利多卡因(2mg/kg)及维拉帕米(2mg/kg)均可减少大鼠心律失常发生率,降低死亡率并缩短心律失常的持续时间。结论:F2对BaCl2诱导的大鼠心律失常有较好的预防作用。

    Effects of Quaternary Ammonium Salt Derivative of Haloperidol on Experimental Arrhythmia

    [Abstract]Objective:To study the effects of quaternary ammonium salt derivative of haloperidol(F2)on experimental arrhythmia induced by barium chloride(BaCl2). Methods:The arrhythmic models induced by BaCl2 in rats were used to observe the preventive effects of F2 on experimental arrhythmia. Results:F2(2mg/kg)could decrease the incidence rate and mortality rate of arrhythmia, and shorten the duration of arrhythmias induced by BaCl2. Conclusion:F2 has significant effects on BaCl2_induced arrhythmia in rats.
