系统性红斑狼疮患者血清IL-13、IL-12、IL-2和IFN-γ检测及意义

    摘要 目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清IL-13、IL-12、IL-2和IFN-γ水平变化及意义。方法 采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测58例SLE患者(活动期16例,稳定期42例)及30例健康对照者血清IL-13、IL-12、IL-2和IFN-γ的含量。结果 SLE活动组、稳定组血清IL-13、IFN-γ水平与对照组比较明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),活动组IL-13又较稳定组增高,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),IFN-γ水平略高于稳定组,但差异无统计学意义;IL-12、IL-2与对照组比较,稳定组略高,活动组略低,差异无统计学意义,但疾病活动组与稳定组比较则明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SLE活动期IL-2与IL-13呈负相关(r=-0.52,P<0.05)。结论 SLE患者存在细胞因子紊乱,IL-13、IL-12、IL-2及IFN-γ可能参与SLE的发病、发展,且IL-13、IL-12、IL-2水平与SLE疾病活动有关。

    SERUM LEVELS OF IL-13,IL-12,IL-2 AND IFN-γ IN PATIENTS WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS

    Abstract Objective To investigate the changes of serum IL-13, IL-12, IL-2, and IFN-γ levels in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods The levels of serum IL-13, IL-12, IL-2, and IFN-γ were determined by ELISA,58 patients with SLE were divided as active group(n=16) and stable group(n=42). As control, 30 healthy people were also recruited. Results The levels of IL-13 and IFN-γ in patients with SLE were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01),serum IL-13 level in the active group was higher than that in the stable group(P<0.05).Compared with control, there was no significant difference in the contents of serum IL-12 and IL-2 in two SLE groups(P>0.05),although the levels in active SLE group were slightly lower and those in the stable SLE group were slightly higher; serum IL-12 and IL-2 levels in the active group were significantly lower compared with those in the stable group(P<0.05).There was negative correlation between IL-13 and IL-12 in active group(r=-0.52,P<0.05). Conclusion Cytokine imbalance exists in patients with SLE, serum levels of IL-13, IL-12, IL-2, and IFN-γ might participate in immunopathological mechanism of SLE and IL-13,IL-12,IL-2 are associated with SLE activity. ......
