[摘要]目的: 探讨新洁尔灭溶液药浴加复方新诺明粉末外敷治疗新生儿脓疱疮的疗效。 方法: 将新生儿脓疱疮82例随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组45例采用0.01%新洁尔灭溶液全身沐浴，然后用复方新诺明粉末调湿外敷;对照组37例采用百多邦软膏局部涂擦。 结果: 治疗组有效率95.56%，对照组有效率56.76%，差异有统计学意义(χ 2 =17.84，P<0.01);住院时间治疗组明显短于对照组(t=18.129，P<0.05)。 结论: 新洁尔灭药浴加复方新诺明粉末外敷治疗新生儿脓疱疮效果明显优于百多邦软膏局部涂擦，未见明显不良反应。
