【摘要】 目的 比较9种薯蓣皂苷元含量的高低，以利于薯蓣属种质资源的科学采集、栽培和开发。方法 应用改良的反相高效液相色谱的方法，对9种薯蓣进行测定。结果 黄姜类的皂素含量普遍高于萆薢类。而块茎类薯蓣、日本薯蓣、黄独三种的含量最低，薯莨不含皂素。结论 反相-高效液相测定方法快速准确，分离效果好，样品溶液能长时间保持稳定，重复性好。萆薢类的含量达到了1%以上，可以用于工业生产。
