【摘 要】 目的 总结非体外循环双向Glenn术治疗复杂紫绀型先天性心脏病(先心病)的经验和体会。 方法 2001年5月～2005年12月，54例患者在非体外循环下行双向Glenn术。其中完全性大动脉转位(TGA)24例，单心室(SV)17例，三尖瓣闭锁(TA)9例，肺动脉闭锁(PAA)2例，法洛四联征并完全性心内膜垫缺损1例，二尖瓣闭锁(MA)1例。术前经皮氧饱和度71%～89%，平均(74%±10)%;术中测动脉压10～15mm Hg，平均(12.4±2.1)mm Hg。 结果 1例死亡，1例出现乳糜胸，生存患者生活质量明显改善，经皮氧饱和度81%～93%，平均(89±5)%。 结论 非体外循环双向Glenn术安全、可靠，术后效果好。
