【摘要】 目的 探讨不同出生月份精神分裂症患者的临床特征。 方法 将360例精神分裂症患者按出生月份分为实验组(7～12月份出生)165例和对照组(1～6月份出生)195例，采用自编一般项目调查表进行统计分析。 结果 发病年龄：实验组14～34a，平均27.16±5.6a，对照组15～36a，平均24.48±6.78a，两组间比较差异有极显著性(u=3.20,P<0.01)。城乡：实验组城镇72例，农村93例，对照组城镇115例，农村80例，两组间比较差异有显著性(χ2=8.42,P<0.05)。胎次：实验组第1胎64例，非第1胎101例，对照组第1胎55例，非第1胎140例，两组间比较差异有显著性(χ2=4.52,P<0.05)。实验组阴性症状出现频率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)，且疗效差。 结论 不同出生月份的精神分裂症患者发病年龄、城乡分布、胎次、精神症状、疗效等均有显著差异，这对今后精神科临床选择治疗方案、判断预后等有一定意义。【关键词】 精神分裂症；出生月份；阴性症状；发病年龄
Clinical features of schizophrenics with different birth month

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical features of schizophrenics with different birth month. Methods 360 schizophrenics were divided into research group(n=165, born in July to December) and control group(n=195, in January to June), statistically analyzed by selfmade questionnaire. Results Onset ages: those of research group were 14~34 years old(mean 27.16±5.6) and control group 15~36(24.48±6.78),which showed more significant difference(P<0.01).Town and country: cases of cities and towns were 72 and country 93 in research group and those of cities and towns 115 and country 80 in control group, which showed significant difference(P<0.05).Birth order: cases of firstborn were 64 and nonfirstborn 101 in research group and those of firstborn 55 and nonfirstborn 140 in control group, which showed significant difference(P<0.05). The frequency of negative symptoms was obviously higher and curative effect worse in the research group than that in the control group(P< 0.01).Conclusion There are significant differences in the onset age, distribution of town and country, mental symptoms and curative effect in schizophrenics with different birth month, which is of significance to clinically select cure scheme and judge prognoses. ......
