【摘要】 目的 探讨胸腰椎转移瘤手术切除的可行性与临床价值以及重建脊柱稳定性的可靠方法。方法 回顾性分析1999年7月～2005年8月11例胸腰椎转移瘤临床资料，所有患者均采用后正中加后外侧“T”型切口行椎体肿瘤切除，并重建脊柱稳定性。结果 患者疼痛均有缓解。神经系统压迫症状明显改善。结论 胸腰椎转移瘤经后正中加后外侧“T”型切口手术切除并重建脊柱的三柱稳定性结构，提高了患者的生活质量并延长其生存时间。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinic effects，feasibility and credibility method of spine stability after operation of thoracolumbar metastasis tumor.Methods Eleven cases thoracolumbar metastasis tumor treated with behind midmost and lateral anterior “T” resection and reconstruction were reviewed from July 1999 to August 2005.Results All the cases had the pain relieved. never compression symptoms got improved in different degrees.Conclusion The method of thoracolumbar metastasis tumor treated with behind midmost and lateral anterior “T” resection and reconstruction of spine three columniation stability effectively to improve the quality of patient’s life and prolong the living time. ......
