【摘要】 笔者采用口服降血糖药+中药熏浴(全身浸泡)+外敷中药+内服中药治愈1例Ⅰ级糖尿病足。中医外治可大大减少糖尿病足的截肢率，是目前治疗糖尿病足的较佳方法。
