【摘要】 目的 探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术对患者心理状况的影响。 方法 对60例预实施准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗屈光不正患者，术前采用症状自评量表、社会支持评定量表及艾森克个性问卷进行心理调查，并与全国常模进行比较分析。 结果 症状自评量表中人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑因子分值高于全国常模，差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)；社会支持量表各因子与症状自评量表中焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感因子的分值均呈负相关；艾森克个性问卷中神经质与焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感因子呈负相关，而内外倾、精神质和掩饰性因子与焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感因子无相关性。 结论 激光术治疗屈光不正对患者心理的影响主要以焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感为主，并与社会支持、神经质的个性特点有关。【关键词】 准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术；屈光不正；心理障碍
The states of mental health of patients before photorefractive keratectomy and the related factors

【Abstract】 Objective To study the states of mental health of patients before photo refractive keratotomy(PRK) and the related factors. Methods 60 patients who want to be operated PRK were tested by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL90), Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and Eysenck Personality Question (EPQ) before PRK. Results Scores of depression, anxiety and interpersonal relationship factors of SCL90 in the patients before PRK were higher than that in Chinese norm. The scores of SSRS and the scores in N factor of EPQ were related with depression, anxiety and interpersonal relationship factors of SCL90 reversely. Conclusion The patients who want to be operated PRK have some mental health problem, and these problems are related with SSRS and N factor of EPQ. ......
