【摘 要】 目的 分析免疫组化操作过程中的影响因素、探讨操作及改进方法。 方法 选取我院免疫组化病例1238例，总结分析操作过程及各种影响因素。 结果 染色结果良好，与临床病理相符或基本相符1126例(90.9%);脱片42例(3.3%);非特异染色37例(2.9%);染色弱29例(2.2%)，阴性者5例(0.4%)。 结论 影响免疫组化结果的因素很多，需注意各个环节的操作规范才能获得满意的免疫组化结果。
