【摘要】 目的 探讨参附益脑汤对老年血管性痴呆(VD)患者的智能改善作用。方法 采用MMSE对参附益脑汤组和脑复康组进行治疗前后测试。结果 两组治疗前后MMSE总积分差异有显著性(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后总积分分值升高比较没有时限差异(P>0.05)。但参附益脑汤对语言项目的改善优于脑复康。结论 参附益脑汤对VD有一定疗效，效果与脑复康大致相等，但在语言项目方面优于脑复康。
