【摘要】 目的 探讨利培酮联合氯氮平治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效。 方法 将198例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(利培酮联合氯氮平)和对照组(单用利培酮)进行治疗。每组各99例，疗程12mo。于治疗前及治疗6mo，12mo末采用阴性症状量表评定临床疗效，药物副反应量表评定不良反应。 结果 治疗6mo，12mo末研究组阴性症状总分减分率优于对照组(P<0.05，P<0.01)，各因子分除注意障碍因子两组差异不显著外，其它各因子研究组均明显优于对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。研究组不良反应以流涎、嗜睡和震颤为主，对照组以静坐不能、震颤和失眠为主，两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 利培酮联合氯氮平治疗精神分裂症阴性症状疗效优于单用利培酮治疗。

    Controlled studies of risperidone combined with clozapine in negative symptoms of schizophrenia.

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of risperidone combined with clozapine in negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods 198 patients who mainly exhibited negative symptoms were randomly assigned to research ( took risperidone combined with clozapine, n=99) and control group(did single risperidone, n=99) group for 12 months. The efficacy and side effects were assessed with the Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS) and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS) before treatment and at the ends of 6th and 12th month of treatment, respectively. Results The reducing rates of SANS total scores were significantly higher in the research than in control group(P<0.05) after 6 and 12 month treatment(P<0.05,<0.01); except attention disorder factor, all other factors of the research were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01) .The side effects of the 2 groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of risperidone and clozapine has better effect in negative symptoms of schizophrenia than single risperidone does. ......
