【摘要】 目的 观察清热除湿法治疗湿热型强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法 32例病例采用除湿通痹汤治疗2个月，比较治疗前、治疗后1周、1个月、2个月患者晨僵时间、疼痛程度、腰椎活动度(Schober试验)、指-地距离、枕墙距测量，并对中医症状进行积分比较。结果 治疗后在症状积分及腰椎活动度(Schober试验)、指-地距离、枕墙距测量方面有明显改善，与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 清热除湿法对湿热型的强直性脊柱炎能够起到治疗及维持缓解作用。
