外科住院患者对暴露身体隐私部位的心理反应调查

【摘要】 目的 探讨住院患者对医疗行为过程中暴露身体隐私部位的心理反应。 方法 对200例住院患者采用自编暴露身体隐私心理调查问卷进行调查，并将调查资料按不同年龄、性别、文化程度分组进行统计分析。 结果 患者对各种操作中暴露身体隐私的态度阳性率60～85%，阴性率3～10%，中性率12～40%。阳性检出率女性明显高于男性，差异有显著性(P<0.05)；不同年龄段间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)；不同文化程度间比较文化程度越高阳性率越高，差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 多数患者较注重自己身体的隐私权，高文化程度较低文化程度、女性较男性更注重自己的身体隐私。【关键词】 外科；身体暴露；隐私权；心理反应
An investigation on mental response to expose private part of body of inpatients in surgery department

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mental response to expose private part of body of inpatients in course of medical action . Methods 200 inpatients were investigated with selfmade psychological questionnaire on exposure private part of body, the data were analyzed according to different age, sex and culture degree. Results The positive rate of exposing private part of body in medical manipulation of inpatients was 60~85%, the negative 3~10% and the neutral 12~40%.The positive rate in femininity was obviously higher than in masculine(P<0.05). There was not difference in ages(P>0.05). Compared in different culture degree, the higher the culture degree, the higher the positive rate, there was the most significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion Majority patients pay much attention to their body privacy, especially persons with high culture degree and femininity. ......
