    摘要 目的 探讨银杏叶提取物对儿童肾病综合征(NS)尿蛋白与血浆白蛋白的影响。方法 将我科2001年10月—2006年2月收治的小儿NS 35例随机分为二组：①观察组(银杏叶组)18例，采用泼尼松加银杏叶提取物治疗；②对照组17例，采用泼尼松加对症治疗。8周为一疗程，疗程结束后判断疗效。结果 治疗8周后，观察组临床症状及血液生化指标等各项指标明显优于对照组，24h 尿蛋白、血胆固醇、甘油三酯与血浆白蛋白等指标均得到明显改善，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 银杏叶提取物治疗NS有明显疗效，突出表现在减轻蛋白尿、降低血脂、提高血浆白蛋白等方面，对肾脏有保护作用，辅助激素治疗值得临床应用。

    EFFECT OF GINKGO BILOBA LEAF EXTRACT ON URINE PROTEIN IN CHILDREN WITH NEPHROTIC SYNDROME

    Abstract Objective To study the effect of ginkgo biloba leaf extract on urine protein and plasma-albumin in children with primary nephrotic syndrome(NS). Methods 35 children with NS who were hospitalized during October 2001 to February 2006 were divided into 2 groups randomly. The treatment group, including 18 cases, were treated with prednisone plus ginkgo biloba leaf extract. The control group, including 17 cases, were treated with prednisone. 8 weeks as a course of treatment, then the therapeutic effects were observed. Results After 8 weeks treatment, the clinical symptom and biochemical assay were ameliorated in Ginkgo Biloba group than that in the control group(P<0.01).The level of 24-hour urine protein and the blood cholesterol, triglyeride and plasma-albumin were also ameliorated. There was significant difference between before and after treatment groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba leaf extract has significant therapeutic effect in ameliorating clinical symptom , it may decrease urine protein level,increase plasma-albumin level and protect kidney. The Ginkgo Biloba leaf extract is safe and effective to treat children with NS, it is worth to be used in clinic as an assistant treatment of steroid therapy in children with NS. ......
