     【摘要】 目的：总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)重要并发症的防治经验,最大限度降低LC重要并发症的发生并有效处理。方法：对6 000余例合并严重并发症的LC手术过程及并发症处理方法回顾性分析。结果：2例术后大出血,4例肝外胆管损伤,7例术后胆漏,均有效处理并痊愈。结论：通过对发生并发症的LC过程及并发症处理方法的回顾性分析,总结经验,吸取教训,对LC严重并发症的防治具有重要意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To conclude the experiences of prevention and treatment of severe complications of LC,in order to reduce the incidence rate utmostly and dispose them effectively.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 6 000 cases received LC, especially those with severe complications.Results:All the cases with severe complications,of whom 2 with postoperative bleeding,4 with extrahepatic biliary tract injury,7 with postoperative bile leak,were disposed effectively and recovered fully.Conclusions:The analysis is very meaningful to prevent and treat the severe complications of LC. ......
