     摘 要 研究了浊点萃取石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定痕量镉的新方法,利用表面活性剂Triton X100和络合剂1(2吡啶偶氮)2萘酚(PAN)对镉进行浊点萃取。详细探讨了影响浊点萃取及测定灵敏度的因素。优化条件为:0.25 mL 30% NaCl, pH 8.5, 0.50 mL、4.0×10-4 mol/L PAN, 0.2 mL 1.0 % Triton X100。在最佳条件下,镉的富集倍率为50倍,检出限为5.9 ng/L,RSD为2.1%。该方法用于环境样中痕量镉的富集和测定,结果令人满意。

    Study of Trace Cadmium in Environmental Samples by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry after Cloud Point Extraction

    Abstract A new cloud point extraction(CPE) separation/preconcentration of trace level of cadmium as a prior step to its determination by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS) has been developed. The CPE method was based on employing Triton X100 as hydrophobic ligand and nonionic surfactant and 1(2Pyridylazo)2Naphthol (PAN) as complexing reagent. The chemical variables affecting CPE were evaluated, optimized. The optimum conditions are 0.50 mL 4.0×104 mol/L PAN, 0.20 mL 1.0 % Triton X100, 0.25 mL 30 % NaCl. Under the optimum conditions, the limit of detection of 5.9 ng/L (3σ) for cadmium with the enhancement factor of 50 and relative standard deviation of 2.1% (n=11, c=2.0 μg/L). The proposed method was applied to the determination of cadmium in environmental samples with satisfactory result. ......
