【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗附件良性肿瘤的效果。方法：回顾分析2002年3月至2004年12月接受腹腔镜手术治疗的附件良性肿瘤患者86例的临床资料。结果：患者均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术。术后75例随访1年，均无包裹性积液、盆腔积液等并发症发生，亦无复发。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗附件良性肿瘤安全、有效。【关键词】 附件良性肿瘤；腹腔镜
The clinical analysis of laparoscopic benign adnexal tumorectomy:a report of 86 cases

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the therapeutic efficacy of benign adnexal tumor treated with laparoscope.Methods:The clinical data of 86 patients with benign adnexal tumor operated from March 2002 to December 2004 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All were successfully operated by laparoscope.During a followup of 1 year for 75 cases,there were no encapsulated effusion and fluidify in pelvic cavity,and no case recurred.Conclusions:Laparoscopy is safe and effective for benign adnexal tumor.
