腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术78例临床分析

     【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术(LAVH)的手术指征、手术操作及临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析LAVH 78例的临床资料。结果：76例顺利完成手术，2例因粘连严重而中转开腹，手术成功率为98.7%(76/78)，平均手术时间为(91.30±21.32)min，平均术中出血量(112±25.24)ml，平均术后住院4～6d，无严重并发症发生。结论：LAVH具有安全、微创、患者出血少、康复快、术式简单易掌握等优点。

    A clinical analysis of 78 cases of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the surgical indications,operation methods and clinical value of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH).Methods:The clinical data of 78 cases of LAVH were retrospectively reviewed.Results:LAVH was performed successfully in 76 cases, whereas a conversion to open surgery was performed in 2 cases because of serious adhesion.The success rate was 98.7%(76/78).The average operation time was(91.30±21.32)min,the average intraoperative blood loss was(112±25.24)ml,and the average postoperative hospitalization was 46 days.No severe complications occurred.Conclusions:LAVH has advantages of safety,minimal invasion,less blood loss,and rapid recovery. ......
