无气腹腹腔镜肾部分切除术*

     【摘要】 目的：探讨在肾部分切除术中无气腹腹腔镜技术的临床价值。方法：回顾分析2004年1月至2005年12月用无气腹腹腔镜技术行肾部分切除术10例患者的临床资料。结果：10例手术时间130～190min,术中失血量250～600ml。术后引流管留置2～3d, 术后进食时间 6～24h,术后住院5～8d，随访1～24个月,手术侧肾脏功能良好,1例为肾癌行保肾手术肿瘤无复发。结论：无气腹腹腔镜肾部分切除术将传统开放手术与腹腔镜技术相结合,学习曲线短,可能成为一种比较理想的肾部分切除的手术方式。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the clinical value of gasless laparoscopyassisted partial nephrectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 10 patients underwent gasless laparoscopyassisted partial nephrectomy from January 2004 to December 2005 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The operation time was 130190min,and the blood loss was 250600ml.Postoperative,the indwelling drain time was 23d,the oralintake time was 624h,and the average hospitalization was 58d.Followed up for 124months,the function of kidney was good;1 case of renal cell carcinoma survived in diseasefree condition.Conclusions:Gasless laparoscopyassisted partial nephrectomy embodies the advantages of both open surgery and laparoscopic surgery,and will become a good choice for partial nephrectomy. ......
