    摘要:目的 考察辅酶Q10脂质体静脉给药后在小鼠体内的药代动力学和组织分布。方法 采用乙醇注入法制备辅酶Q10脂质体,静脉注射给药后,HPLC法测定小鼠血浆和组织中辅酶Q10浓度变化。结果 辅酶Q10脂质体的t1/2和AUC均为溶液剂的1.54倍,辅酶Q10脂质体在心、脾、肺中分布增加,尤以心中增加明显。结论 辅酶Q10脂质体延缓了药物释放,提高了生物利用度,增强了靶向性作用。

    Pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution study of CoQ10 liposome in mice

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution of CoQ10 in mice after intravenous administration of the CoQ10 liposome. Method The CoQ10 liposome was prepared by ethanol injection method. The plasma concentration and tissue distribution of the drug was determined by HPLC. Results The t1/2 and AUC of CoQ10 liposome was 1.54-fold higher than that of the CoQ10 solution. The tissue concentration of CoQ10 in heart, spleen and lung, especially in heart after administration of the liposome was higher than those of given CoQ10 solution. Conclusion The CoQ10 liposome exhibits a longer circulation time, higher bioavailability, and better tissue targeting.
