     [摘要] 目的：评价Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪白细胞报警系统的性能。方法：检测了243例非白血病标本和32例白血病标本，同时对所有标本进行了血片复核。结果：243例非白血病标本仪器检测，白细胞可疑报警99例，阳性报警率41.0%。99例173项次阳性报警标本，镜检阳性51项次，镜检符合率29.5%，假阳性率70.5%；仪器未报警144例156项次阴性标本，其中81项次镜检阳性，假阴性率51.9%。32例白血病标本仪器检测,29例报警提示幼稚细胞，阳性检出率90.6%。结论：Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪白细胞报警系统对异型淋巴细胞及核左移的辩认不够准确，显示出较高的假阳性和假阴性，对形态多变的白血病也仍然不足以解决确切的定性。应结合仪器全血细胞分析制定严格的显微镜复检标准，才能防止血液病患者的漏诊或误诊。
