【摘要】 目的 探讨口服骨痹消胶囊对膝骨性关节炎(OA)患者血浆SOD、MDA、NO的影响。方法 25例膝OA患者给予骨痹消胶囊口服。分别测量患者在用药前、1周后、3周后、7周后血浆SOD、MDA、NO的水平，数据用SPSS10.0软件进行统计。结果 用药1周后与用药前的血浆SOD有显著提高(P>0.05)、MDA、NO差异无显著性(均P>0.05)；用药3周后SOD极显著明显上升(P<0.01)，MDA、NO明显下降(均P<0.05)；用药7周后差异有极显著性(均P<0.01)。结论 骨痹消胶囊能有效改善膝OA患者异常的自由基代谢，降低NO的水平。
