【摘要】目的：研究双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法： 32 例子宫肌瘤患者，采用 Seldinger 方法，股动脉穿刺分别入双侧子宫动脉，经导管注入真丝线段和明胶海绵颗粒，阻断其血供。结果：30 例成功栓塞的患者，临床症状均好转；29 例肌瘤和子宫体积明显缩小；18 例月经量及月经周期恢复正常，疼痛明显改善；32例均无严重并发症发生。结论：子宫肌瘤栓塞其两侧供血子宫动脉创伤小、临床效果满意,此疗法可成为替代外科手术的首选方法。

    Clinical study on selective embolization of uterine arteries in the treatment of uterine myoma

    【Abstract】Objective：To study the clinical effects of embolization of bilateral uterine arteries in the treatment of uterine myoma. Methods:32 cases with uterine myoma were treated by seldinger's uterine arteries embolization. A catheter was selectively inserted successively into bilateral uterine arteries. The silk fragments and particles of gelfoam were introduced through catheter to occlude the blood supply of myoma.Results: The interventional procedures were carried out successfullyin 30 patients,their clinical symptoms were ameliorated distinctly. The volumes of tumors and wombs were reduced evidently in 29 cases. The menorrhagia and menstrual cycles returned to normal and pain resolved in l8 cases. No complications were discovered in 32 cases.Conclusions: Embolization of bilateral uterine arteries is a chief method alternative to surgery for treatment of uterine myoma. It is effective and less traumatic one. ......
