【摘要】目的：比较西酞普兰与舍曲林治疗抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法： 102例抑郁症患者随机分为两组，其中西酞普兰组54例，舍曲林组48例，观察期为8周。使用HAMD和TESS量表于治疗前，治疗后1，2，4，6，8周评估各组疗效与安全性。结果：经8周治疗，有效率和显效率在西酞普兰组分别为92.4%和78.2%，舍曲林组分别为86.4%和71.9%，组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组治疗后HAMD评分下降均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。两组间HAMD评分减分率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。西酞普兰组不良反应有头昏、食欲和体重增加等，舍曲林组不良反应为头昏、恶心、嗜睡等。两组的不良反应均较轻微。结论：两药都是治疗抑郁症有效而安全的药物。

    Controlled study of citalopran and sertraline the treatment of Depression

    【Abstract】Objective：To compare the efficacy and safety of citalopram and sertraline in the treatmane of depression. Methods:102 depressine patients were rondomly dinded into two groups; 54 in citalopren group,48 in sortraline group. The period of observation wsa 8weeks ,Efficacy and safety were assessed with HAMD and TESS scales at baseline,week1,2,4,6,and 8 affter treatment.Results: After 8weeks of treatment,the response rate and significant response rate ware respectively 92.4%and 78.2%incitaopam group,86.4%and 71.9% insortra line group,the differome between groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The reduction of HAMD scores affter treament in both group were statistically significant(P<0.01). The reduction of HAMD scores between the two groups were not statistically sinrificant(P>0.05). The common side effectives of citalopram wer dizzniess,increased appetite and weight gain;The common side reactions of sertraline were dizzniess,nausea,drewsiness, All the side effects were mild.Conclusions: Citalopram and sertraline are egqually effctine and safe in treating depresion. ......
