【摘要】 目的 报告1例极少见腮腺嗜酸细胞癌病例，总结其病变特点。方法 应用组织学方法，HE染色进行观察。结果 癌细胞呈圆形到多边形，胞浆丰富，胞浆内见弥漫分布的强嗜酸性颗粒，细胞核呈轻-中度异型，核仁明显，核分裂相多见。癌细胞呈巢状排列伴腺管及乳头形成。结论 腮腺细胞癌，生长快，病程短，预后差。

    【Abstract】 Objective To report a rare case of oncocytic carcinoma in the parotid gland.Methods The sections of the tumor tissue were stained by HE method and observed under a microscope. Results The lesion was constituted by proliferation of round to polygonal cells which had “low-grade”nuclei and abundant cytoplasm with deeply esosinophilic guanules dispersing widely throughout it.Conclusion Oncocytic carcinoma growth quickly with a short of history and a poor prognosis extremely.
