复可托治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效及免疫学影响

【摘要】 目的 观察复可托对小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRI)者免疫功能的影响。方法 100例RRI患儿随机分为两组,对照组50例予以常规治疗,观察组50例在常规治疗的基础上予以复可托治疗2～3个月,治疗前后分别测定患儿T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白及补体等指标并观察其变化情况。结果 两组总有效率分别为86%和22.9%,差异有非常显著性(P<0.005),观察组的疗效优于对照组。观察组免疫学指标CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、IgG、IgA及IgM均明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),CD8较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 复可托能增强RRI患儿的免疫功能。【关键词】 反复呼吸道感染;复可托;免疫功能
Curative effect and immunologic effect of Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder on infantile repeated respiratory infection

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the immunologic effect of Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder on infantile repeated respiratory infection (RRI).Methods 100 cases of IRRI were divided into two groups at random.The control group were treated with routine therapy.The treatment group were treated with Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder based on routine therapy for 2～3 months.T cell subgroup,immunoglobulin and complements were determined before and after treatment.Results Total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 86% and 22.9% respectively.The therapeutic efficacy in treatment group was significantly higher that in control group.In treatment group,immunologic indexes such as CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,IgG,IgA and IgM increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01) while CD8 decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder can strengthen immunologic function IRRI. ......
