H5N1亚型禽流感病毒ELISA检测方法的初步建立

     【摘要】 目的 研制H5N1亚型禽流感病毒ELISA检测试剂盒。方法 将所获病毒通过鸡胚扩增,离心,纯化,通过测定最佳抗原工作浓度、最佳酶工作浓度、最佳血清工作浓度来确定ELISA检测方法。结果 确定最佳抗原包被浓度为1:20000、酶工作浓度为 1:10000、阳性血清最佳工作浓度1:1000。结论 初步研制成功了H5N1亚型禽流感病毒ELISA检测试剂盒。

    【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to establish the method of ELISA for determination of antibody of avian influenza. Methods Antigen was made by inoculating chick embryo. The optimal concentration of antigen、enzyme and the reference serum was decided in this study. The specific,and sensitive tests could be employed in this study.Results The optimal concentration of antigen、enzyme and the reference serum was 1:20000、1:10000 and 1:1000.The sensitivity and specificity was very well in this method.Conclusion It was successful to establish the method of ELISA for determination of antibody of avian influenza in this study. ......
