摘要：目的：对72例成人破伤风的临床表现及治疗进行总结，提高成人破伤风的治愈率，降低病死率。方法：回顾性分析72例成人破伤风患者的临床资料，比较他们的临床类型，潜伏期。结果：潜伏期愈短，病型愈重，病死率愈高。安定、氯丙嗪及鲁米那交替使用，可有效控制痉挛期的发作。结论：对破伤风的治疗，除常规治疗外，重型病例应尽早气管切开，保持呼吸道通畅，是抢救成功的关键。

    The Clinical Analysis of 72 Patients with Tetanus

    Abstract： Objective： To summarize and analyse the clinical manifestation and therapeutic measure of 72 adult patients with tetanus and to elevate the healing rate and reduce the case fatality.Method:To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 72 patients with tetanus and to compare the clinical type and latent period. Result:The shorter latent period the clinical type was and severer clinical type the patients` condition was, the higher case fatality the patients was . to use the Diazepam , Chlorpromazine and Phenobarbital alternately could effectively control spasm. Conclusion :The incision of trachea can be underwent in the severe patients in order to maintain the unobstructed respiratory tract under conventional therapy,it is the keypoint of successful salvage. ......
