摘要：目的：探讨丙型肝炎患者血清IL-6、IL-12水平的变化以及在丙型肝炎发病机制中的作用。方法：分别应用ELISA法检测52例丙型肝炎患者(其中轻度18例，中度19例，重度15例)血清的IL-6、IL-12浓度，荧光定量PCR检测HCV RNA含量，同时测定ALT水平，然后分析它们之间的关系，并与15名正常健康人作对照。结果：丙型肝炎患者血清IL-6、IL-12、ALT和HCV RNA水平均非常显著地高于正常对照组(P<0.01)，相关性分析表明，丙型肝炎患者血清中的ALT、HCV病毒含量均与IL-6、IL-12浓度呈正相关。结论：丙型肝炎患者血清IL-6、IL-12水平高低与HCV病毒含量有关，并且与肝脏的损伤程度密切相关。

    The Research of Relationship between Serum IL-6, IL-12 Levels and HCV Content in Patients with HCV Infection

    Abstract:Objective: To explore the changes of serum IL-6, IL-12 levels in patients with hepatitis C and the role of IL-6, IL-12 in pathogenesy of hepatitis C. Method： Levels of serum IL-6 and IL-12 were detected by ELISA, contents of HCV RNA by fluorescent quantitation PCR in 52 cases hepatitis C and 15normal controls. Levels of ALT were measured in the same time. Result： Serum levels of IL-6, IL-12, ALT and HCV virus were higher than those in normal controls(P<0.01). there were positive correlation between serum levels of IL-6, IL-12 and contents of ALT and HCV. Conclusion： The serum levels of Il-6, Il-12 in patients with hepatitis C were related to HCV content. Their levels were also related to immune function injury degree of liver. ......
