【摘要】 目的 探讨伴有泪小管狭窄的慢性泪囊炎的联合治疗方法。方法 对19例此类患者在施行泪囊鼻腔手术中进行泪道探通联合应用丝裂霉素C、甲基纤维素并留置硅胶管。结果 术后痊愈率68.42%；显效率26.32%；有效率5.26%；总有效率100%。结论 多种方法的联合应用，使伴有泪总管阻塞的慢性泪囊炎患者可通过手术一次性治愈。
