     【摘要】为了促进人性化工作的开展，本文分析了新时期优质服务不仅要提供良好的医疗技术服务，还应在服务过程中处处体现以人为本的思想，把尊重患者，关爱患者，方便患者和服务患者的人文精神贯穿在医疗服务的全过程中。经过2年时间的努力，取得了令人满意的效果，实现了主动服务，真情服务，人性化服务。

    Experience of humanized nursing in orthopedics department

    【Abstract】 In order to promote the development of humanized nursing,this article analyzed that highquality service should include not only providing good medical technique service,but also revealing the thinking of peopleoriented in the serving process.And then we should insist respecting patients,caring patients,facilitating patients and serving for patients throughout the process of medical service.Since twoyears striving,we not only have got satisfactory effect,but also have realized initiative service,true feelings service and humanized service.
