[摘要] 目的 观察埃索美拉唑、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效。方法 将110例患者随机分为治疗组60例，使用埃索美拉唑(20mg,2次/d)，阿莫西林(0.5g,2次/d)，呋喃唑酮(0.1g,2次/d)，疗程1周，对照组50例，使用奥美拉唑(2mg,2次/d)，克拉霉素(0.5g,2次/d)，阿莫西林(0.5g,2次/d)，疗程1周，治疗结束后4周复查。结果 治疗组根除率95%，对照组根除率82%。治疗组不良反应发生率3.3%，对照组不良反应发生率4.0%。结论 埃索美拉唑、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌是一种有效的方案。

    Esomeprazole,amoxicillin and furazolidone-based triple therapy regimens to eradicate Helicobacter pylori:Experience of 60 cases

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the efficacy of esomeprazole,amoxicillin and furazoidone-based triple therapy regimens for eradication of helicobacter pylori (Hp).Methods One hundred and eleven patients with Hp infection were randomized into treatment group(n=60) and control group(n=50).Patients in the treatment group were administrated esomeprazole (20 mg,twice daily),amoxicillin(0.5g,twice daily)and furazolidone(0.1g,twice daily) for 1 week.Otherwise,patients in the control group were administrated omeprazole (20 mg,twice daily),amoxicillin(0.5g,twice daily)and clarithromycin (0.5g,twice daily) for 1 week.Evaluation was performed 4 weeks after treatment.Results Eradication rate of treatment group was 95%,while 82% eradication in control group.Incidence of adverse reaction in treatment group was 3.3% and 4.0% in the control group.Conclusion Esomeprazole,amoxicillin and furazolidone-based triple therapy regimens to eradicate Hp is effective. ......
