阳和脱疽方治疗糖尿病足临床观察研究

     [摘要] 目的探讨阳和脱疽方治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法 66例糖尿病足患者随机分为两组，治疗组41例予阳和脱疽方煎剂口服，每日1剂，人基因胰岛素针剂皮下注射，每日2～4次；对照组25例在行人基因胰岛素控制血糖的情况下，静滴丹参针治疗，共计3周。治疗前和治疗后分别行患肢血管彩色多普勒检查。结果治疗后，治疗组溃疡面痊愈率、有效率与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)，患肢腘动脉再通率和对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论阳和脱疽方治疗糖尿病足是一种有效、安全、经济实用的方法。

    Clinical effect of the Yanghe Tuoju formula for diabetic foot

    [Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect of the Yanghe Tuoju formula on diabetic foot(DF).Methods 66 cases of DF were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(41cases)was treated with Yanghe Tuoju formula decoction po.qd combined with human insulin bidqid hypodermic injection,and the control group(25 cases)was treated with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection.qd,intravenous infusion.Every patient was examed by the color Doppler ultrasonography on the affected limbs before and after treatment.Results 3 weeks after treatment the rate of heal and the effective with matched control group,the disperation were significance(P<0.05),recanalization rate of the artery of affected limb with matched control group,the disperation were significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The Yanghe Tuoju formula is a effective of valid ......
