【摘要】 目的 评估喹喃克林栓剂非手术女性绝育术(QS)的可接受性、有效性和安全性。方法 1999年8月～2004年7月，在贵州省贵阳市南明区计划生育宣传技术指导站开展喹喃克林栓剂非手术女性绝育术(QS)964例，2005年2～4月对术后满4个妇女月以上的743例QS对象进行结构式问卷的随访调查。结果 无严重并发症和死亡的报告，78.3%的对象无任何不适，有98.03%的对象确认自接受QS以来劳动力未受影响。两次上药的妊娠失败率为4.72%,而一次上药的妊娠失败率为8%。结论 QS是安全、可靠、操作简便和副反应小的，并且,非常受育龄群众的欢迎。保证成功的重要因素是两次上药和上QS后用暂时的避孕方法避孕3个月。根据我们的经验，医生术前认真检查子宫位置、改进上药技术和对象每次上药后平卧2h可提高QS成功率。QS为妇女的生殖健康做出了贡献。【关键词】 喹喃克林栓剂；非手术女性绝育；随访调查
The evaluation of the acceptability,efficacy,and safety of quinacrine non-surgical sterilization(QS) in Guiyang,China:A report on an 705-woman subset of 964 cases

【Abstract】 Objective The evaluation of the acceptability, efficacy, and safety of quinacrine non-surgical sterilization (QS).Methods This trial was initiated in August 1999 and intake was completed in July 2004 in Nanming Family Planning Clinical Station,Guiyang, China. A total of 964 women received QS. 743 women who had received QS at least 4 months earlier were interviewed using a structured questionnaire with closed-ended questions during February to April 2005 . Results There were no deaths or serious complications reported. 78.3% of the respondents reported that they had had no side effects and 98.0% felt that their ability to work hadnt changed since getting QS. The gross pregnancy rate of QS was 4.7% among women who had 2 insertions of quinacrine pellets and 8% among women who had a single insertion. Conclusion QS was found to be safe, effective, easily performed and having few side effects. QS was highly accepted by women of reproductive age. Receiving 2 insertions and using a temporary contraceptive method for three months after conducting QS are important determinants of success. Given this clinical experience, we hypothesize that the success rate of QS can be improved by carefully determining the position of the uterus and modifying the insertion technique accordingly and by remaining in the supine position for 2 hours after each insertion.
