动态心电图在起搏器随访中的应用价值

     [摘要] 目的：探讨动态心电图在埋植人工心脏起搏器患者随访中的应用价值。方法：采用24 h动态心电图对42例安装心脏起搏器患者进行随访，并与常规心电图检查结果相对比，分析起搏、感知及与起搏器相关的心律失常。结果：动态心电图发现起搏器感知障碍14例,其中10例为感知过度，4例为感知不良，发现2例起搏功能障碍。14例感知障碍中仅有2例在常规心电图中检出。检出与起搏器相关的心律失常19例。根据动态心电图结果进行相应临床处理后,部分起搏器的感知功能异常消失。结论：动态心电图对起搏器感知障碍的检出率较高，在埋植起搏器患者的随访中具有十分重要的应用价值。

    The Value of Ambulatory Electrocardiogram in Pacemaker Follow up

    Abstract:Objective To study the value of ambulatory electrocardiogram in pacemaker followup.Methods 42 patients were received 24hour ambulatory electrocardiogram monitoring.Pacing or sensing abnormalities and pacemaker related arrhythmias were analyzed.Results Pacemaker sensing dysfunction was found in 14 patients and pacing dysfunction in 2 patients.Of these 14 patients with sensing dysfunction,10 patients were over sensing and the other 4 patients were under sensing.Only 2 patients with sensing dysfunction were found in ECG.Pacemaker related arrhythmias were found in 19 patients.After adjusted the corresponding parameters of the pacemakers according to the DCG monitoring results,sensing abnormalities disappeared in part of them.Conclusion These findings suggest that DCG monitoring be superior to other techniques in terms of finding both symptomatic and asymptomatic dysfunction of pacemaker pacing or sensing. ......
