【摘要】 目的 了解饲喂金霉素后药物在猪体内的残留情况。方法 应用高效液相色谱仪测定猪部分组织中金霉素的含量，根据残留量，确定临床应用金霉素的休药期。结果 HPLC法稳定性好，测量精度高，最高回收率达87.8%，最低回收率达53.6%。结论 连续5天以600ppm剂量饲喂猪的安全休药期为27天。
