螺旋CT三维重建对脊柱裂的检测

     【摘要】 目的 探讨螺旋CT三维重建对脊柱裂、脊膜膨出检测的意义和优点。方法 106例有临床症状的病儿,男60例,女46例,年龄为生后10天~13岁,平均6岁,均进行腰骶部CT扫描三维重建。结果 脊柱裂105例,伴脊膜膨出9例,Chiari畸形3例,伴尾骨发育不良1例。结论 CT优于X线平片,不受肠道粪便、气体影响,不受年龄大小影响,能清楚显示脊柱裂的程度及伴随的其他畸形,应当作为目前首选的检测方法。

    Diagnosis of spinal bifida by spiral computed tomography with three-dimensional reconstrction

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the significance and the excellence of detecting of spinal bifida and myelocele by using SCT 3D reconstruction.Methods 106 patients had clinical presentation aging:10D~13Y with 60 male cases and 46 female cases.They underwent SCT( 3D) scanning in lumbar-sacrum vertebra.Results 105 cases were the spinal bifid,of which 9 cases had the myelocele and 3 cases had Chiarisyndrome and 1 case had caudal regression syndrome.Conclusion CT is superior to X-ray for determing spinal bifida and accompanicated deformation since CT isnt affeted by the air and feces in intestines and patients age,CT with three-dimentional reconstruction should be the first choice for spinal bifida in clinic. ......
