     [摘要] 调查了48例糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)，患者未能早期接受眼科诊治的原因，发现其主要原因为对DR不够了解，血糖控制不理想，未及时进行专科检查等，认为眼科医护人员要密切与糖尿病(DM)专科的联系，尽早对DM患者进行DR健康教育及了解DR的治疗及护理。
