眼外伤的CT检查临床应用61例分析

     [摘要] 目的：探讨CT在眼外伤中的临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析61例急诊眼外伤患者的CT检查资料。结果：61例CT检查均发现异常，包括眶内及球内异物，眶骨骨折，眶内软组织伤，眼球伤和复合性损伤等，CT定位定性准确率100%。结论：CT是急诊眼外伤的首选检查方法。

    Clinic Application of CT to Acute Ocular Trauma

    Abstract:Objective To study the clinic value of CT in acute ocular trauma.Methods CT examination data of 61 cases of acute ocular trauma were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients can be detected abnormal with CT,including intraocular foreign body,orbital fracture,soft tissue injury,eyeball injury and combined injury in the eye.Conclusion CT can be used as the first choice of examination for the patient with acute ocular trauma.
