【摘要】 目的 加深对胃癌相关手术解剖的理解，探讨本型肿瘤的手术技法。方法 回顾分析近10年来以脏器胚胎旋转还原肠系膜方法进行远侧胃癌根治术48例的临床资料。术中充分利用各融合筋膜及网膜、系膜、韧带的胚胎发育特点进行脏器的系膜化解剖。结果 本组手术根治切除率提高，失血量和并发症发生率显著减少。结论 用胚胎发育的思路可以更深入地理解中上腹部脏器解剖，用脏器胚胎肠系膜还原的方法进行远侧胃癌根治术能提高远侧胃癌根治术的手术治疗效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective To deepen an acquainting of surgical anstomy relative to treatment to the gastric carcinoma to explore the surgical technique of treating them.Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with radical extremital partial gatrectomy，who were splanchnic embryonal mesentry resuece treated in the last ten years，were analyzed retrospectively. Through the embryogenetic specificity of the singulorum tusion fascia、omentum、mesentery and ligameritum dissected gastrointestinal tract with minimal hemorrhage and jnjury.Results The rate of radical extremital partial gatrectomy were improved，The rate of hemorrhage and complication were signficance descended.Conclusion Through embryogenetic mantaility may deepen an acquainting mesogastric zone anstomy. Through splanchnic embryonal mesentry resuece treated may improve therapeutic efficiency of radical extremital partial gatrectomy. ......
