【摘要】 目的 探讨胸背部骨折X线漏诊的有关因素及预防。方法 回顾性分析65例胸背部骨折漏诊病例,就其X线检查漏诊的有关因素及预防问题进行探讨。结果 肋骨骨折漏诊54例，胸椎棘突或横突骨折漏诊7例，肩胛骨骨折漏诊3例，胸骨骨折漏诊1例。漏诊原因有阅片不细致16例,摄片技术原因23例，骨折部位隐匿或骨折对位好而漏诊26例。结论 摄片质量、阅片水平、机器设备等均可导致胸背部骨折的漏诊，对临床高度疑有骨折的病例应进一步行CT检查。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the relevant factors and prevention of X-ray missed diagnosis in compages of thorax fracture.Methods Sixty-five cases of fracture in compages of thorax in the X-ray missed diagnosis were retrospectively reviewed.The relevant factors and preventive measures of X-ray missed diagnosis were explored.Results Missed diagnosis of fracture in rib was in 54 cases,thoracic vertebral in 7,scapula in 3,sternum in 1.The causes of missed diagnosis of fracture were careless reading of film in 16 cases,wrong position of taking film and the technique of radiography was not the norm in 23,occult fracture in 26.Conclusion Various reasons may cause the missed diagnosis of fracture in the compages of thorax.Once fracture is suspected clinically and negative plain radiography encountered,CT scanning is recommended. ......
